How do I place an order?

After choosing the card you want, simply click on each option and then click the "add to order" button at the bottom of the page, you will then fill out your information on series of pages. You will receive an email verifying your order and your proof will be emailed to you in 2-5 days for your approval.

When will my order be processed?

Orders placed after business hours on Friday or on the weekend will be processed the next business day. Orders placed between Christmas and New Years will be processed after the New Year.

When will I receive my order?

Processing times vary, please refer to the information on product ordered.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, since our products are all personalized we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Please let us know if you are not satisfied with your order.

What is your cancellation policy?

If the manufacturer has received the order and created a proof a $20.00 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.

Is there a minimum order?

Most cards require a minimum order quantity of 25 cards. Some special orders may require a minimum order-see individual cards for information.

What is a proof?

It is a copy, sent via e-mail, of what your final product will look like. Once you see your proof you can make any corrections or final changes before it is printed.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Some cards require a proof with the order, some are available with a fee and on some items proofs are not available. All proofs need your approval before printing is started.

When should I mail my wedding invitations?

Wedding invitations should be mailed six weeks prior to your wedding date. Save the Date cards should be mailed about four months prior to your wedding date.

When should I mail my birthday invitations?

Birthday invitations should be mailed 3 weeks prior to the date of the event.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, all Colorado residents are charged 5.1% sales tax on every order.

What If I need to rush my order?

Most products can be rushed for a $25.00 charge. These products are usually shipped the following business day after approval of the proof.

Do you ship outside of the US?

Yes. There is a $7.00 fee charged on top of the shipping rate to ship outside of the US.
